Built for the Test.
Designed for the Force.
Fit to Fight brings personalized training, military fitness guidance, performance tracking, test-day tools, and unit-level readiness together in one platform. From an individual service member preparing for the next fitness assessment to a commander monitoring readiness across an entire unit, Fit to Fight turns fitness standards into an actionable training strategy.
No more guessing what your test requires.
Fit to Fight brings fitness standards and education directly into the training experience. Service members can access branch-specific standards, scoring information, event requirements, alternative events, exemptions, and other fitness-test guidance without searching through multiple regulations and websites.
The Knowledge Exchange goes further, providing science-based education on training, recovery, nutrition, body composition, and performance—written with an understanding of warfighter physiology by a U.S. Air Force flight surgeon.

Military doctrine in. Smarter training out.
Fit to Fight doesn’t start with a generic civilian workout program. Its training draws from established U.S. military performance guidance, including the U.S. Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System, the U.S. Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS), the U.S. Marine Corps Force High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT), the US Air Force Warfighter’s Fitness Guide. All guides are verified and validated by the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) at the Uniformed Services University.
Fit to Fight takes the principles behind military strength, endurance, mobility, recovery, injury prevention, and operational performance and turns them into individualized, actionable workouts. The result is training built around what service members actually need to perform—not a civilian fitness plan dressed up for the military.
Train with the methodology used by military fitness professionals.
Fit to Fight is built around periodization—the systematic progression of training over time to produce peak performance when it matters most. Periodized programming is incorporated into military strength and conditioning frameworks because effective preparation requires more than repeating the same workouts week after week. Training volume, intensity, recovery, and specificity need to change as the athlete progresses.
Fit to Fight brings that approach to the individual service member. The app uses AI to build a personalized, periodized training plan around your test date, current performance, goals, available training days, and areas for improvement. Training progresses through purposeful phases—developing a foundation, building strength and conditioning, increasing test-specific intensity, and preparing you to perform at your best when test day arrives.
See the readiness of your force.
The Commander’s Console gives authorized leaders a unit-level view of fitness progress and readiness. Leaders can see trends across the force, identify members who may need additional support, and understand how the unit is progressing toward fitness requirements—without relying on scattered spreadsheets or last-minute test results.
Fitness information is protected through encrypted data transmission and storage, with access controls designed to keep individual and unit information secure.
Everything you need before test day.
Fit to Fight puts the tools service members normally have to find separately into one place. Members can practice their events, understand their scores, track runs, and conduct trial assessments long before the official test.
That includes a HAMR counter with tones and scoring, GPS run tracking, trial fitness tests, event timers, scoring calculators, waist-to-height tools, nutrition calculators, and performance tracking.
